Art in the Park at George Washington Carver National Monument

Art in the Park is on Saturday, April 25, 2026 (10 am to 1pm)
George Washington Carver had a passion for art. This event features plein air artists, kid-friendly activities, and instructional workshops with pastels, natural dyes, pencil, and more. Children can earn a special Art in the Park Junior Ranger badge. Featured artist/guest speaker, Shay Holloway, “Art Girl Shay” will give a presentation at 11:00 am. The event is free of charge.
