Veterans Fishing Derby

Veterans Fishing Derby

Annual veteran and active-duty fishing derby. Saturday May 16th, 2026. Registration starts at 8:00 am with Opening ceremonies at 9:00am. Fishing runs until noon. There is a 4 trout limit with no catch and release. Volunteers will clean your catch and bag them on ice. No personal fishing gear allowed to prevent contamination. Rod, reel, bait and lunch provided. Bring a cooler to put your fish in, and a lawn chair if you wish. Proof of service is required. Call 417-451-0554 for more information.
