This week on the Crimson and Gold Connection, KRPS Senior Announcer Matthew Witt speaks with singer-songwriter and Pittsburg State Alum Gary Gene Bolton.

Bolton, who now resides near Los Angeles has released at least two full length albums. His latest, the 2018 My Love, My Life and My Laughter.

In Bolton’s wide-ranging conversation with KRPS’s Matthew Witt he speaks about revisiting Pittsburg and the fond memories that he has of growing up in southeast Kansas. His musical inspirations and how he came to be an artist. And how the business of being a musician has evolved quickly over the past handful of years.
