Missouri state auditor subpoenas Francis Howell for information on former superintendent
State Auditor Scott Fitzpatrick's office delivered a subpoena on Dec. 1 to the Board of Education demanding it provide an explanation for the former superintendent's resignation and supplemental documents. The district said it will turn over all documents by the end of the week.
