The Crimson & Gold Connection: PSU’s International Programs Hosts Annual Showcase at Bicknell

Pittsburg State University

This year the event shifts from one centered around food to one that is focused on cultural performances and music. A dessert and beverage will also be served. Guests may choose desserts from Brazil, Finland, Africa, and Paraguay.

This weekend, the International Showcase will take over the Bicknell Family Center for the Arts.

What was previously known as the International Food & Culture Fair is now the International Showcase.

Also, the event will now put a focus on cultural performances by students rather than on the food.

This week, KRPS’s Senior Announcer Mathew Witt spoke with the communication coordinator for International Programs & Services at PSU, Stuart Zizzo.

Doors open at the Bicknell at 6 pm.

Admission is $5 . It includes desert and a drink.
